► PAYMENT FOR YOUR CHINA TOUR

On acceptance of your booking form we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £ 250 plus any international flight costs if booking those with us. Payment can be made by any one or a combination of the methods below. The remaining balance is required 60 days before the start date of your holiday with us unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

We can accept bank transfers to our UK bank account. On booking we will confirm the bank transfer details you need to give to your bank. Please note that all transfer fees are yours to pay. Once received we will confirm to you by e-mail.

PAYMENT BY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD

We can accept payment online by credit or debit card from Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Please note that all credit card payments need to add on a 2% surcharge to cover card company fees charged to us. This amount is detailed on your invoice. Please remember that you can avoid this surcharge if paying in the UK by Cheque or Bank Transfer or by paying online using a Debit Card.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE

We can accept Cheques in UK Pound Sterling made payable to Headseast Ltd. and sent to the address below:

Please allow 10 days for the Cheque to clear. We will notify you of both the arrival of the Cheque at our office and will also send a confirmation receipt once the Cheque has cleared.
