Booking Your China Tour With Us

The China Travel Company is a leading China tours operator booking a wide range of itineraries with the aim of helping visitors and tourists alike to enjoy their trips to China in full. We aim to offer our clients a hassle-free booking process for their China holiday. Whether booking one of the trips listed on this website or a tailor made China tour you can book with 100% peace of mind as a member of ABTA as well as holding an ATOL license.

When you are ready to book your tours we require the booking forms to be completed using our online links. Once we have received the forms we will make all the required travel arrangements for you confirming as much of your exciting trip as is possible at the time of booking. Please note that some bookings, such as train tickets, can only be confirmed within a certain advanced time frame. We will confirm those with you as soon as it is possible to do so.

We aim to send you confirmation of your trip within 2 working days of receiving the completed booking forms. Once we have confirmed as much of the trip as is possible, we will invoice you the non-refundable deposit amount of 20% per person plus the price of any international flights you are booking with us. The full balance is due 60 days before the start date of your trip to China. All payments to us are financially protected for your peace of mind.

We can accept bank transfers to our UK bank account. On booking we will confirm the bank transfer details you need to give to your bank. Please note that all transfer fees are yours to pay. Once received we will confirm to you by e-mail.

We can accept payment online by credit or debit card from Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Please note that all credit card payments need to add on a 2% surcharge to cover card company fees charged to us. This amount is detailed on your invoice. Please remember that you can avoid this surcharge if paying in the UK by Bank Transfer or by paying online using a Debit Card. Click here to make a secure credit or debit card payment with us online. Once decided on what China tour to book and having completed the booking forms we will confirm availability of all the parts of your trip that can be confirmed at that time. At this point you pay a non-refundable deposit of £250 plus any international flights with the balance payable 60 days before the start date of your trip.

Four weeks before your trip start date we will send you a username and password for this website which allows you to access the client content pages. The client only section of this website includes receipt and itinerary download links and your personalised and downloadable 160+ page Trip Guidebook to allow you to prepare for your trip. We will also send you a hard copy of your Trip Guidebook to you by mail.
