Welcome to your own personalised page of our website and many thanks for booking your China holiday with us.

Here you can download your personalised Trip Guidebook as a PDF file. Note that before your trip starts we will send you a hard copy of this Trip Guidebook so there is no need to print it all unless you want to.

You will also see your trip invoices and receipts here which you can download. All these downloads will be available here until the end of your trip with us.

Please take the time to read the Trip Guidebook which contains all the information you need to know about your particular trip such as the itinerary, inclusions, emergency contact numbers, accommodation booked as well as a wealth of information about China and the destinations you will be visiting.

Where are my tickets?

All your tickets are issued locally in China. The guide meeting you at each destination will have the tickets you need for your onward journey.

Where do I meet the driver for the initial transfer on arrival?

Your transfer guide will be waiting for you as you leave the customs area at the airport. They will have your (or one of your group’s) name on a sign.

What if I can’t find my transfer guide?

In the unlikely event of this happening you will find a list of emergency assisstance numbers to contact in your Trip Guidebook.

Do I need hotel vouchers?

These are no longer required in China as all details are held on hotel computers. Your transfer guide will be taking you to the hotel and ensuring you check-in without problems.

✔︎  Check that you have the necessary visas for your trip – almost everyone needs a Chinese visa!

✔︎  Check that you have informed us of your flight arrival details for China.

✔︎  Check that you have valid Medical Insurance to cover any expenses that might be incurred in the unfortunate event of requiring medical assisstance on your trip.
